    IwillintroducesystemsandestablishinfrastructureforenergyconservaXonandusenewefficienttechnologyforthepurpose.Housesandbuildingswillbedesignedforensuringlowcarbonlifestyles.Iwillacttodesignasystemwithminimumtransportrequirementsintownandcountryplanning.
