You will need the following free programs before you begin
• http://www.ispringsolutions.com/products/get_trial_license.html?p=isfree
• http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
1. First open your PowerPoint you want to convert to flash, the save in 97-2003 format. The reason for this as some folks don’t
have 2007 PowerPoint and 2007 PowerPoint viewer will not work with flash, therefore they can’t view your awesome
creation.
2. Open the 97-03 presentation. Click on the Ispring icon on your toolbar
3. Next click Quick Publish
4. This creates your SWF file. Take note to the destination folder.
5. Open up Powerpoint as to create a new show. Then click the Ispring icon again
6. Then click the FLASH Icon.
7. Select your destination folder, most likely my documents and presentations
8. Open Slide 1 folder
9. Click on Slide 1 shockwave, and click open. Your video is now inserted.
• I hope this helps. I have not found any issues except what I pointed out earlier in regards to those who don’t have Powerpoint 07. I found this out early on when working with Patrick on this.
