CLOSE UPIn this shot we see the main characters face and body. From the worried look on his face we can see that he is upset and this may tell us a little bit about what is going on. The fact that we see him first means that he is probably the main character for the movie.

MEDIUM SHOT

This is the third scene in the Shaun of the dead opening.

It shows a medium shot of a woman working at the till. The camera has been aligned to show the 5 other workers behind her. This is to show that everyone has the same job to do. It also shows how they have to be in sync.

LONG SHOT

This is the 5th scene in the opening titles for Shaun of the dead.

In this shot, we see a group of people slowly walking towards the camera in a zombie-like fashion. This may tell the audience that the film is primarily a zombie film.

TRACKThis is the second scene in

the opening to Shaun of the dead.

In this shot we see a man pushing some trollies across a car park. The camera is slowly tracking to the right, following the man at the same speed as he is walking.

ZOOM

In this scene, the main character we see from the first shot in the opening is walking in to the room and sitting down. As we can see from these 2 images, the camera is slowly zooming in to the 2 characters as they are playing video games.
