CLIVE OWEN – (“A“ List Actor). "I wish I could do this film. It's unlike anything I've ever been offered before.

But because of nearly two years worth of commitments, there is just no way to fit this in.

A great loss for me“.

“Mi America”Dana Offenbach – (EVP, Production, NEHST FILMS)

"The pitch of this project was awful ... my mother had just passed away and I did not want to read or know anything script or film related. On a phone call with my brother, I was flipping through the script lying on the counter. Within minutes I was submerged. I had to put the phone down and read it. Immediately I found solace and found myself riveted and traveling through another persons pain and redemption. I could not put it down.

I thought if we (NEHST) don't do this we have missed an important train ride.“

“Mi America”Matthew Plouff – (Creative Executive, Focus Features)

“There's all the right stuff in this story to make it an award winner and international box office success.

It's themes are universal and hold up a mirror to societies social-logical issues that desperately need to be addressed today.

With the right ensemble it cannot fail. It should not.“
