“Sam Fox” used to be one of the very few shops with electricity in the 80’s. They used to play songs on the gramophone they had.

These songs were popular with the students who used to go there for the songs and called the shop “Song Folks” and thus it evolved in to “Sam Fox”. [1]

As it was dusk, he didn't notice anyone and thinking them to be abandoned clothes, he took them home.
