Let’s get ready to “Trick or Treat!” On Wednesday, 31 October at 10:00 AM
bring the little people dressed up for a practice run at “Trick or Treating” All the offices
in the Brigade HQ building and in the HHC HQ building will be stocked with candy
and goodies for all the little Renegade Family Members! This is a chance for those little
ones to fill their bags!!

FRG Meeting on Thursday, November 8th at 6:00 PM in the BDE Classroom.
FRG Thanksgiving Lunch on Friday, November 16th in the BDE Classroom -

December -
Look for information on our Renegade Holiday Celebration at the Hillside Lodge
on Saturday, December 8th complete with Hot Chocolate and goodies to eat! We’ll be
collecting unwrapped toy donations for the “Mountain of Toys “ drive . And there just
may be a visit from the jolly man himself!!

10th Combat Aviation Brigade Memorial Statue

The 10th Combat Aviation Brigade is beginning a process which will culminate with a memo-rial statue to honor the memory of our Falcon brothers and sisters in arms who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Colonel Francis would like to extend an opportunity to the BDE as a whole. Any Soldier or Family member may submit a drawing, sketch, or any other proposed design for consideration for the planned Falcon memorial statue. Any or all of them could be used as part of the design process, provided they are respectful and honor the memory of those for whom the statue will be built.
Submissions must be turned in to MAJ Charles Cain, Bde S6, no later than 26 September. POC is MAJ Charles Cain, Bde S6, [email protected], 315-774-3255.
Fort Drum Clothing Store will close on Sundays
FORT DRUM – As part of the Department of Defense’s continued focus on efficiencies, the Army has reduced funding in support of military clothing facilities. The agency charged with managing these operations, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, has altered hours to re-flect current funding support. After much analysis as well as coordination with Headquarters, Department of the Army, a decision was made to curtail operations at the Fort Drum Military Clothing Store on Sundays. “Sunday generally has the lowest average sales,” said Ken Limtiaco, Fort Drum Exchange gen-eral manager. “Closing on Sunday will have the least impact on MC shoppers at Fort Drum. All other days and hours will remain the same, as will our goal of making sure every Soldier has whatever uniform, boot or insignia they need.” Effective Oct. 7, hours of operation at the Fort Drum Military Clothing Store will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and closed Sunday. Thirty-two Army MCs worldwide have been instructed to implement new hours beginning Oct. 7. Army & Air Force Exchange Service
