The Arcane Temple is where your Alliance can gain all kinds of powerful

Arcana bonuses.

Arcana are new kinds of bonuses that can push you past the normal

maximum bonus limits from Throne Room and equipment boosts. From

making your Troops fight harder and boosting your defensive Towers, to

making your Troops revive faster and helping you find items more often.

Revision 4.0

Page 2: Arcane Temple

The Arcane Temple

Giving 5 building levels + bonusses.

This building is the latest addition to the Alliance HQ and gives you access to a

multitude of buffs called 'Arcana'. This new building will grant buffs both to individual

players in the alliance AND the alliance as a whole. However, these buffs will only last

a limited time.

Page 3: Arcane Temple

So far, the HQ has been its own thing, completely contained to its own space on

the map. This new building will allow you to gain a variety of powerful buffs that

will carry over into your personal cities. These buffs are separate from Throne

Room stats, so they can actually push you past the normal limits of the Throne

Room! (Exceed caps)

We have heard that some players are a little disappointed that all the major

decisions are made solely by the Chancellor. So this new building will let each

individual of the Alliance make decisions about what buffs they personally want,

while the Chancellor will still be able to give additional buffs to the entire Alliance.

We believe that this two-tiered system of buffs (personal buffs and Alliance-wide

buffs) will give freedom to individual members while still making teamwork and

coordination between members important.

Every buff (both Alliance and Personal) also has a 24 Hour and 7 day option.

Activating one will mean that the other option will not be available until the

other's timer runs out. However, both Alliance and Personal buffs can be activated

at the same time.

Page 4: Arcane Temple

When both the Alliance and Personal buff options are activated at the same time

(regardless of which timer was activated), the Personal buff will be halved in

value.

Ex: The Alliance version of an Attack buff gives a 10% buff and the Personal version

of the same buff gives a 5% buff.

If both of them are activated at the same time, the Alliance buff will give a 10%

buff and the Personal version will give a 2.5% buff value.

When activating an Alliance or Personal Buffs, the buttons turns green and shows

that it is activated.

Players in the Alliance are informed via a HQ message and an Icon in game which

will reveal the active Alliance Bonuses when hovering over the Icon.

Page 5: Arcane Temple

The Higher level your Arcane Temple, the more buffs you can activate

simultaneously. Level 3 allows 3 Alliance Arcana’s to be active.

And when you want to activate a buff and you do not meet the requirements then

an error message pops up.

When for example the Blessing Mystic Revival is Active,

Then you will also see a reminder that it is active

When you revive troops.

The use of a Players or a Players Alliance Arcane Temple boosts will show up in the

original reports.

Page 6: Arcane Temple

In PowerBot+ Reports

Page 7: Arcane Temple

Arcane Tablets To activate an Alliance or Personal Arcana Bonus you will

Need besides Gold, Amber & Aetherstone also a

New Resource, namely Arcane tablets.

“Hover over the blessing in the Temple to see the requirements”

Arcane Tablets can be crafted in the Spire in bundles of 100 Tablets and with a

daily limit of 2. (Thus 200 Arcane Tablets a day)

(Level 11 Spire)

They will also be available in the shop in bundles.

Page 8: Arcane Temple

As you see your crafted Tablets in bundles, using the bundles, releasing those

Tablets to individual tablets.

Now as you have individual Tablets you can either send them off to the HQ or send

some off and keep some for personal use.

Page 9: Arcane Temple

So, when you want to start a personal Arcana Bonus you will need the tablets that

are in YOUR inventory.

A chancellor that starts an Alliance Arcana Bonus, will need the Tablets in his HQ,

that have been donated by Alliance members to HQ.

Page 10: Arcane Temple

Arcane Aura Lastly, the plans to make the location of your HQ meaningful. Your HQ will give

even more personal benefits when your cities are close by. Every Alliance HQ's

Arcane Temple has an aura surrounding it. While your city is within the

Aura,(yellow=Aura) the Alliance buff will give a greater buff value than when your

city is outside of it.

Level 2: distance 120

Level 3: distance 150

Level 4: distance 180

Level 5: distance 225

Page 11: Arcane Temple

Arcane Temple Level 1

- Stacks with level 4 Fortification Radiance in Alliance & Personal boosts.

- Works in conjunction and on top of these Bonuses.

Page 12: Arcane Temple

- Revival Speed Bonus is at 15% when inside the Aura and 10% when outside

the Aura.

Page 13: Arcane Temple

- Time is automatically reduced from the round-trip time when activating

Mystic Incursion.

- Your city & the target barb camp need both to be in the Aura for the 15%

bonus.

Page 14: Arcane Temple

- Stacks with level 5 Sovereign Anger in Alliance and Personal Boosts

Note: If Attack stats gets raised, any increase in Attack stats means

SpellCaster effect increases as well.

Page 15: Arcane Temple

Arcane Temple Level 2

- Stacks with level 2 Sovereign Armor in Alliance and Personal Boosts.

Since these bonuses can exceed the Cap on Defense, especially combined in

Alliance levels and Personal levels or both, you can make some troops like

Siegewalls very strong. Or any troop with high Defense stats.

Page 16: Arcane Temple

- Throne Room Cap is 20%, thus you have the option to go over the cap and

raise the “Chance to find Items” by 10% / 20% or combined 25%.

- Max bonus possible 25.

Page 17: Arcane Temple

- Works in conjunction with above shop item boosts.

- Thus, if you Defend a Megalith who is also in the Aura then, you get the full

Defense bonus of 10% for alliance or 5% Personal (if active). If the Megalith is

outside the Aura, even though you are inside the Aura, it is 5% (if activated)

These Bonuses work only when Megalith Events are Active!

Page 18: Arcane Temple

- You can raise the Cap for holding Aetherstone’s in your city. This is great for

collecting Aetherstone’s and then store them in bigger batches.

- Note: If Tr changes, to not have Aetherstone Bonus in it, the total amount of

storage in your cities can go down.

Page 19: Arcane Temple

Arcane Temple Level 3

- Besides applying a horn for a 50% reduction in food upkeep and having

Upkeep reduction in your TR, you can have an additional Upkeep reduction

via Empowered Preservation on top of the other ones described above.

Page 20: Arcane Temple

- You have the ability to go over the SpellPower Cap raising this stat even

higher for Defense or Attack purposes.

Page 21: Arcane Temple

- Works in conjunction with above shop item boosts.

- Thus, if you Attack a Megalith who is also in the Aura then, you get the full

Attack bonus of 10% for alliance or 5% Personal (if active). If the Megalith is

outside the Aura, even though you are inside the Aura, it is 5% (if activated).

These Bonuses work only when Megalith Events are Active!

Page 22: Arcane Temple

- Life is an important stat in the game. Also, referred to as HP (Hit Points) it is a

stat when raised that can make your troops withstand more amounts of

damage.

- The ability to go over cap will benefit all troops but certainly the troops with

high Life stats.

Page 23: Arcane Temple

Arcane Temple Level 4

- Stacks with level 1 Mystic Fortification bonus to a total of 25%.

Page 24: Arcane Temple

- Combat speed is not to be confused with March Speed.

- This Arcana can make you exceed the Combat Speed Cap and can make you

close the Range gap even quicker, especially with Sidhe Corruptors.

Page 25: Arcane Temple

The Accuracy cap is 1, and by having Alliance and Personal activated you can

raise the Accuracy to go over Cap to 1.3 (Both activated).

Accuracy makes you kill your opponent’s troop more efficiently and

therefore a very important stat.

Page 26: Arcane Temple

This bonus can exceed your Range cap with either Alliance or Personal

bonus, or both combined.

Exceeding this cap can especially benefit the Long Bow Men against Hussars

& Sidhe Corruptors.

Page 27: Arcane Temple

Arcane Temple Level 5

- Stacks with level 1 Mystic Anger in Alliance and Personal Boosts.

Note: If Attack stats gets raised, any increase in Attack stats means

SpellCaster effect increases as well.

Page 28: Arcane Temple

- Stacks with level 2 Epigraphical Armor in Alliance and Personal Boosts.

Since these bonuses can exceed the Cap on Defense, especially combined in

Alliance levels and Personal levels or both, you can make some troops like

Siegewalls very strong.

Page 29: Arcane Temple

In following example, you can see Personal Buff stats (5%) of Sovereign Hero

applied on right side and Personal Debuff stats (5%) applied of Sovereign Depletion on left side Champ.

Page 30: Arcane Temple

Page 31: Arcane Temple

Notes & Recap; The Arcana buffs also affect your stats on top of all

other Throne Room buffs.

They can actually push you past the normal limits of

the Throne Room Caps!

Page 32: Arcane Temple

- Please Note that the Aura is exactly like the figure below. (12 paces

example)

The edges are curved because of the Diagonal distances.

If you go Left & Right or Up & Down it is 12 paces from HQ, the distance is 1.

But 1 square diagonal distance is 1.41, as calculated by the game “distance”

function.

- Every Alliance HQ's Arcane Temple has an aura surrounding it. While your

city is within the aura, the Alliance buff will give a greater buff value than

when your city is outside of it.

Page 33: Arcane Temple

In PB+, you can preview the reach of your Aura on the Map.

- This building is where Alliances can activate powerful buffs. Every buff has an Alliance Wide and Personal option. Alliance Wide bonuses apply to every member of the Alliance while Personal bonuses only apply to that individual player who activated it.

- Every buff (both Alliance and Personal) also has a 24 Hour and 7 day option.

Activating one will mean that the other option will not be available until the other's timer runs out. However, both Alliance and Personal buffs can be activated at the same time.

Page 34: Arcane Temple

- When both the Alliance and Personal buff options are activated at the same time (regardless of which timer was activated), the Personal buff will be halved in value. Ex: The Alliance version of an Attack buff gives a 10% buff and the Personal version of the same buff gives a 5% buff. If both are activated at the same time, the Alliance buff will give a 10% buff and the Personal version will give a 2.5% buff value.

- With the temple, we are introducing a new item called Arcane Tablets. These

tablets are required to activate buffs. Players can either hold these tablets in their inventory to activate personal buffs or donate them to the Alliance Vault so that their Chancellor can activate more powerful Alliance buffs. These tablets can either be purchased in the shop or won in events and boxes. A limited number of them can also be crafted in the Spire every day.

- The Arcane Temple can be upgraded. With every upgrade, the Alliance gains

access to a larger number of buffs and can also activate more buffs at the same time. The aura surrounding the temple also increases with every

upgrade.

Page 35: Arcane Temple

Sharing is knowledge, and a lot of players are not sharing. Yes, it gives you and edge, or advantage, but

it leaves also many people clueless. The objective of these tutorials, is to teach, learn, educate players so ALL players have

a better under understanding of the game. The more players participate, the better the overall experience is for all players.

More attacking and defending means “lively” domains full of activity.
