RAINBOW "ECO - DISTRICT"
A NEW LIFE DOWNTOWN
A working group of architects, designers, uilders, public leaders and investors takes
part in this project in order to work out the construction of the city
according to the modern standards of the ecological architecture
An eco-district provides the advanced level of living combining the modern standards
of comfortable accommodation, with the new ecological standards
of the “green” style of living
2
Utilization of eco-friendly natural materials
High level of landscaping
Beautification of pedestrian areas, parks, play and sport grounds, cycle paths and much more
Minimum energy consumption due to the use of innovative techniques in the construction field
Saves and enriches biodiversity. The buildings also become real carbon traps.
Tighten social links between dwellers due to social-economic diversity of architectural forms: shops, cafes, barbershops, other types of small businesses that take place in residential buildings, like in old European cities. It makes possible for the dwellers to become owner of both land and infrastructure. Also, their proposals are taken into account for a further development of the eco-district.
WHAT THIS PROJECT BRINGS TO THE CITY
3
DESCRIPTION OF AN ECO-DISTRICT (1/3)
The eco-district can be placed in a disordered area
These schemes show the evolution of
the development of an eco-district: it shall be outlined by the perimeter of the existing (finished or not) constructions which need to be renovated
Eco-district area
Existing constructions
Unfinished constructions 4
Inner part of the Eco-district
New low-rise buildings
Pedestrian inner-district zones
DESCRIPTION OF AN ECO-DISTRICT (2/3)
The inner part of an eco-district consists
of new storied buildings with yards, where
a small garden, an ornate city or green
houses can be set up
Low-rise buildings surround the inner part
of the district and include a square and a
playground
Car parks are placed outside of the eco-
district, along main roads
The inner-district zones are pedestrian but
provide the possibility for the cars to move
throughout the district (fire requirements)
All the necessary conditions are provided
for reduced mobility persons

GLOBAL VIEW OF AN ECO-DISTRICT

DESCRIPTION OF AN ECO-DISTRICT (3/3)
High quality and reliability constructions Each storied buildings include the following rooms: vestibule, hallway, living
room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom, office Buildings can be fitted with the exploited roof, where one can organize a
summer room or a garden All the basic facilities are oriented to the south The facades are using bioclimatic design techniques and vegetation A stable temperature remains inside the building thanks to panels made of
raw materials. Humidity, natural ventilation and insolation don’t depend on external temperature changes
Constructions made with such panels have excellent thermal and acoustic characteristics, and low power consumption
Fire resistance and durability indicators meet standards The structure of buildings designed in this way can withstand storms,
earthquakes and other strong external influences The constructions made with natural materials do not harm our planet Eco-constructions fit perfectly into the environment

OUR VISION
OUR MARKET TARGET
Group 1. Citizens who spend more than 70% of their incomes in the renting and energy and who still don’t own a house
Group 2. Settlers who wish to live closer to the nature within the cities
Group 3. Active citizens and social communities who wish to add more attractive view of their city, to create better conditions for living in harmony and to promote the idea of an ecological style of life
Group 4. Settlers and businessmen who want to start ecological business connected with an eco-district
Group 5. Builders and investors wishing to reduce their construction expenditure and make their own premises more attractive for the customers
Group 6. Enterprises connected with “green” business and other aspects of “green” life which are implemented in this kind of project
Group 7. Patrons, leaders of the municipalities interested in acquiring up to date appealing image from local and global communities

TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE 10
OUR SOLUTION
BENEFITS FOR PEOPLE
• Constructions built with raw materials increase the comfort of living
• Minimum energy consumption
• High insulation and soundproofing performances
• Excellent alternative for the owners with reasonable prices
• Possibility to build gradually thanks to the mobile solution
BENEFITS FOR PLANET
• Reduce the consumption of energy and water resources
• Utilize renewed sources of energy
• Production with local resources: straw, sand, clay, reed, wood, damask
• Possibility to reuse resources: waists of straw, sawdust, pallets, felt, different types of organic elements, briquettes and pellets
• Raise the ecological level of the Planet
• Organization of “green” industry in the area will solve the problem of over-population in the urban areas and will better the urban-villages relations
BENEFITS FOR PROFIT
• "Green Business“: a long-term investment
• Changes in construction: the reduction of energy consumption, the decentralization of energy production, reducing costs
• Improving the social environment by creating permanent jobs
• Local economy ability and prices which remain stable

OUR SECRET RECEIPT
Our philosophy and vision is based on the years of
experience in eco designing and building. The project team
combines experienced architects, engineers, designers and
experts with international experience
For several years, we have studied the results of centuries of
experience of our ancestors. Our technology is patented in
Europe. We have added to it our own tools that are regrouped
in our "Green Manufacturing Process“
Our unique secret lies within our construction technologies
We managed to create decent alternative to traditional
constructions ; they are economical, integrated in the eco-
system, understandable, reasonable, simple, convenient,
stable, cheaper and better than those existing on the market
COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES We adapted the products to the maximum level of requirements and
quality We have identified the main characteristics of natural materials We have examined the technical and economical conditions on their
use in constructing We have compared the strengths and weaknesses of various existing
methods of production in construction and buildings and we offer four options:
- economical and passive - mobile and passive - mobile, passive with autonomous energy - on the pontoon, mobile, passive with autonomous energy
We received a patent for our mobile, passive house, independent and environmentally clean
Competitive price
13
BUSINESS MODEL Eco region roughly comparable to the Mediterranean resort
14
GRADUAL DEVELOPMENT STEPS
Step 1. Study of the proposition
and selection of the building site
Step 2. Concept development
Step 3. Designing and technical documentation
15
WHY OUR PROJECT
Our project is unique
Build more with a low cost
No use of chemical and industrial materials : concrete, glass and rock wool, solvents, additives…
Substantial reduction of finance (saves water, energy, transport)
No impact on nature: we use raw local and natural materials
The perspective of a further development of the project is based on the propagation of our technology
16
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Ready constructions comply with the energy consumption
Eco-districts use all types of renewed energy:
solar, bio-gas, wind turbine, geothermal, biomass
