Supply Method

Following agreement of commercial terms, forecast usage and project term, we offer various methods of supply (see opposite).

Where applicable Olympus Global provide Kanban racks and containers.

Where possible we utilise electronic data transfer and can offer consolidated monthly invoices.

Regular review meetings to discuss performance, forecasts, quality and drawing revision control are essential for a successful partnership.

On Site Inspection Equipment

• 2 x Keyence Image Dimension Measurement System

• 2 x Q5000 Mectron qualifier laser sorting machines with the ability to sort male components with diameters of 5mm-28mm and lengths from 10mm-105mm

• 1 x Tesa 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurement range 500 deep x 400 wide x 300 height, with Renishaw probe

• 1 x LKG90C CMM, measurement with CNC control, range 800 deep x 700 wide x 600 height, with full motorised Renishaw probe

• 1 x Optical projector (Shadowgraph)

• Thread plug and ring gauges

• Height gauges, Vernier calipers and micrometres.

• 2 x Wilson Tukon Vickers micro hardness testing machines,range 0.3-1kg and 5-30kg HV

All equipment is calibrated and serviced in accordance to national standards and manufacturers specifications.

Quality Assurance


Prior to manufacturing production parts we provide samples parts with the required certification to PPAP level 3. Following approval all production parts are supplied with full batch traceability.

In-house Coordinate Measuring, Hardness Testing and Laser Sorting equipment ensures quality is maintained to consistently high standards.

BS ISO 9001 Quality Management System was awarded in 1992.

Environmental Standard IS0 14001 was awarded in 1999.

Off-site Chemical, Mechanical, NDT, DT, MPI and Ultrasonic testing is provided by UKAS approved laboratories.
