-automated machinery's output are consistent/ schedule.

-FA machine can perform operation where difficult/ hazardous for operator.

Quality-Products quality are Improve by implements of QC system as example below.

1) Vision system to inspect pattern, color, shape, size, character, barcode, etc.

2) Weighing system to check weight, counting, batching.

3) Measurement system to inspect size, dimension.

4) Others; pressure sensing technology to detect leakage.

Cost-production cost can be improve by reducing man power.

-wastage are reduce by implement QC system. Least rejection or complaint by customer.

-Productions are planned, no overtime and other extra costs.
