SOLID COPPER EARTH ROD AND ACCESSORIES

Solid Copper Earth Rod

Pure Copper Earth Rods are made of pure (100%) electrolytic copper. The Earth Rods are hard drawn from extruded

copper bars. Pure copper earth rods are preferred where soil conditions are very aggressive & corrosive. The rods are

threaded internally to make it extensible for deep driving with the help of couplers.

Coupling Dowel

Coupling dowel made of brass, stainless steel or gunmetal is a threaded joining devise which joins two earth rods together

for extending earth rods in an earthing system

Driving Head

Driving heads are made of toughened steel and used while hammering an earth rod into ground. Driving head protects the

relatively soft earth rod from damage while hammering. Driving heads have no further function in earthing & lightning

protection.

Driving Spike

Driving spikes are made of toughened steel and used as a pointed guide while hammering an earth rod into ground. The

pointed tip of driving spike pierces the soil so that earth rods are smoothly driven down the ground. Driving spikes have

no further function in earthing & lightning protection.

COPPER BONDED STEEL EARTH ROD AND ACCESSORIES

Copper bonded steel earth rods are the most commonly used earth electrode. They are suitable for most application,

compatible for deep driving & are economical. Copper bonded steel earth rods are made by molecularly bonding 99.9%

pure copper onto high carbon, low tensile steel rods.

Square Tape Clamps

Square tape clamps are suitable for making cross, straight through and Tee joints in flat tape. The base has a

countersunk hole in the middle for securing the clamp to the building surface and the lid is fixed by means of four

Oblong Test Clamp

Oblong test clamp is used to join a range of tape sizes in straight through position. These clamps are also used to allow

Earthing clamps are used to connect earth electrode (earth rods) with conductors or tapes. A Type Clamps

are one type of earthing clamp, used to join earth rods and copper tapes. The earth rod and tape passes

through the clamp body and a screw fastener secures both together. Type A clamps are made of gunmetal or

clamp body while the copper tape is fitted through the U Bolt. E clamps are made of gunmetal or brass.
