PULLEY ALLIGNMENT :

Electric MOTOR / Centrifuge Forward / Backward Curved bladed FAN groups and BELT PULLEYS are shipped after adjustments and tests done by laser mesauring German Prüftecknik Test Equipments.

Building Site TESTS and CONTROLS :Following commissioning, if requested, optional field tests and controls are held metodologically with the same devices.

Electrostatic Powder PaintedSurfaces

Boreas Future serie Air Handling Units exterior sheets bydefault are painted with electrostatic powder paint , innersheets can also be painted with electrostatic power paint basedon project. Paint quality tests are held for each batch.

Full surface protection is achieved by electrostatic powderpainting after holes are made on panel surface on punch press.

On Hygenic Applications, inner surfaces can be produced aseither AISI 304K quality sheets or if prefered, electrostaticpowder painted.

Tests and Controls

After dyehouse processes each batchundergoes;
