We cooked the Spanish
recipe:ZARANGOLLO
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil * 1 clove garlic, minced * 1 big yellow onion, finely chopped * ½ kg zucchini (peeled and cut into small dices) * salt, oregano and freshly ground black pepper * 3 eggs
We chopped the onion.
We peeled and cut zucchini into
small dices.
We cooked onion and garlic with olive oil for 15
minutes
We cooked zucchini with olive oil for 15 minutes.
We added zucchini into the sauce pan with
onion,
we added salt, pepper and oregano.
We added 3 eggs and cooked for another 5
minutes.
We served Zarangollo this way.
We tasted delicious Zarangollo with other Greek
delicacies. It matches perfectly with Greek drink
ouzo.
