1. Raise public awareness and action about the key sustainability issues in the region.

2. Gradually expand short-term sustainability activities to broader areas.

3. Propose the concept of EC and carry out green propaganda education. Start with the higher education institutions, green groups and demonstration areas and then make it infiltrate deeper into the wider region.

1Objective:, Promote the concept of EC by holding the ecological city academic forum. Discuss with experts and scholars to strengthen the understanding of EC.

3 Some voluntary activities on sustainable development

are carried out about once a month. The education trainings on for EC and SEA are held

regularly. More active involvement of stakeholders, especially

schools, NGOs and research institutes, participates and new forms of collaboration are encouraged.

The summer school on EC would be held once

a year during summer holiday to promote

ESD continuously.

As a practical summer school expansion,

special summer social practice would be

carried out.

Establish College Students’ Union to promote

dialogue among different universities and

regions.
