Smart Work

First, One can be successful by doing the Hard work.

The another one is Smart work. Person can be successful by being smart and doing smart work.

There are two way to be successful in doing any work :

Hard Work : Hard work involves commitment ,involvement and sincerity. Work hard also means working Honestly.

Smart Working:Smart working refers to being creative and

looking for other ways to get the work done faster and easier.

Hard Work : When NASA began to launch the astronauts into space, they found out that Pen wouldnot work at “Zero Gravity”. To solve this problem it took them one decade and $12million. They developed a pen that work at “Zero Gravity”

Smart work : But Russia used the ‘pencils’ . ( because they used their mental skills and got

the efficient and effective solution )

Example :

1. Hard work is done by physical efforts and less use of brain whereas, In smart work it is done by more use of brain and techniques and less use of physical efforts.

2. Hard work is when one do certain things without effective planning whereas, smart work is when we get the work done through planning and people without any physical stress.

3. Hard work may generate high cost for doing a work whereas Smart work leads to work done in minimum cost.

4. Hard work Never fails, whereas , Smart work fails sometimes.

Hard work Vs. Smart Work

Actually , both hard work and smart work go hand-in-hand but, smart work is considered better because it is time saving, efficient in monetary terms and effective also.

Conclusion :

A Japanese company received a compliant that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty . Immediately the authority asked their engineers to make a system that can restrict these types of problems in future.

Then , Engineers worked hard and come with a idea. They attached “X-ray” machine with a monitor . And every soap box pass through machine before delivery to make sure that they were not empty.

No doubt they worked hard, But they spend an huge amount to do so.Same Problem is faced by a small business. But they did not get

into the complications of using an expensive X-ray machine, instead of that they found another solution. They bought an strong industrial fan and pointed it to the assembly line.when Every soap pass the fan ,and it simply blew the empty boxes out of line.
