29 featured members (groups and organisations)

• Added by members: 39 videos, 101 photos and more than 150 blog posts

• New links made between individuals and groups

• Race hate issues raised

Lessons learned• Clarity about purpose and

target membership • Start small and grow slowly• Build on existing

connections• Attend community events• Admin’s social role - to

accept, greet, respond to and connect members
