Florence, Italy is an especially popular destination for thoseinterested in Art and Art History. Being famous for its countless museums and historical background during the Renaissance, students enjoy earning 12-13 credits per semester studying some of the most celebrated works of all time.

Another city ruled by its love for Art, Paris attracts thousands of study abroad students every year. UConn students can earn up to 18 credits per semester while studying topics ranging from Art history to Cooking to Philosophy. Studentsenrolled must take a French language courseto assist in their time abroad and to fully immerse themselves into the French culture.

Being the only top studyabroad choice that is not located in Continental Europe, Sydney offers alocation rich in beauty. The flora and fauna in Australia are a major draw for students, and through a third party organization like AustraLearn, Uconn students can enjoy thebeautiful Australian wildlife while earning internship or course credit through a partnership with the Universityof Sydney.
