Demographics of Neighborhood

• Great diversity amongst race groups and age groups (majority are Latinos, Hispanics, and Asians and younger age brackets)

• First generation residents, 47% speak English “less than very well”

• Double the poverty rate than rest of Sacramento County for people under 18 and between 18 to 64

• Below 70% high school graduates with the most educated age group being 25 to 34 years old
