We Are Sheldon, A Community of Learners, Sharing the Past, Shaping the Future
Sheldon ISD is one of the fastest growing school districts in the Houston-Sugar Land-Baytown metropolitan areas. Sheldon ISD currently has :
1 High School(9-12) 2 Middle Schools(6-8) 5 Elementary Schools(1-5) 2 Early Childhood Campuses(Pre-K-K)
Sheldon has had a steady three to five percent growth since 2005 and is a Recognized District.

In the 2009-2010 school year our campus had On Target ratings in the area of Leadership Administration, & Instructional Support
Recommendations for Improvement
Set up a professional development schedule Participate in meaningful, ongoing professional
development in the area of technology Meet with instructional coaches and other technology
experts regularly to ensure that new learning of technology is being integrated in the classroom in the most meaningful manner.
Formulate assessments to track data of improvement for students
Most importantly, ask for help when needed:Remember…..No questions=No answers!
