Story Map: The Star by Esther Claes

Setting: A house, a bedroom (with blankets), a living room.

Where: Rodeo drive, Los Angeles.

When: One day.

Major characters: the star, her mom and dad.

Minor characters: mom and dad

Plot/problem: the world is about to end. The star is not aware of what is happening. Her

parents are trying to explain it to her in many ways but it is useless.

Event 1:

Mom and dad call her

daughter to get out of her

bedroom because there’s

a problem going on.

Event 2:

Mom and dad tried to

explain the situation but it

is useless, the stars

doesn’t believe.

Event 3:

She never quits her own

reality and doesn’t believe

her parents.

Outcome:

The star comes back to her bedroom and stars planning her next day as usual.
