Process of mentally changing some aspect of the past as a way of imagining what might have been.

Counterfactual thinking also serves the affective function to make a person feel better. By comparing one's present outcome to a less desirable outcome.

Motivation is defined as the desire andaction towards goal-directed behavior.

Tendency to perform activities for known external rewards.

Intrinsic motivation occurs when we act without any obvious external rewards.

Drive Theory

According to the drive theory of motivation, people are motivated to take certain actions in order to reduce the internal tension that is caused by unmet needs.

The leader actually motivate all the group member while they are still new and the leader guide the team to achieve the goal.

DEFINITIONSocial loafing refers to the concept that people are prone to exert less effort on a task if they are in a group versus when they work alone. The idea of working in groups is typically seen as a way to improve. But, in some groups, there is a tendency on the part of participants to contribute less to the group's goal
