What if I am in these situations .

Page 7: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

What do you think it's like to be a child facing illiteracy, poverty, a lack of sanitation, or food?

• I will feel that the conditions are too harsh.• I won’t be able to read and write.• I will not be able to enjoy the pleasure of reading . • Life will be very plain with no meaning. • I have to do physical labour when I do not have

education.• Mysteries about the world will be left unsolved in my

mind.

Page 8: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

Would it change your life if someone came and helped you out of that situation?

• Yes , it would:• Be a great motivation for us.• Change my future.• Provide me with more opportunity to

work or get a better life.• Allow me to know more about the

world.

Page 9: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

What are some really difficult situations that children face around the world?

• Declining literacy rate.• Not well informed about the

outside world.• Poverty cycle that goes on for

generations.

Page 10: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

Do you think your actions can make a difference?

• It may make a difference, but not a very huge difference.• It can at least help one person to

live a better life and also allow a person to study or gain more knowledge.

Page 11: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

Do you feel you have a responsibility to act?

• Yes• It is actually helping a fellow man

in need , giving a helping hand to those who really need help.

Page 12: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

What resources do you have on hand that you can use?

• All the spare time that I have.• All my old clothes.• All the help I can give to them.• All my old books and stationery.• I can also join local charity organizations to

find ways to get the community involved and work together to help the needy.

Page 17: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

The one idea that is meaningful to us.

• One idea is that I could go overseas to help out the poor by teaching them simple English and also how to read and write to show them that people are trying to help them and that we can make a difference.

Page 18: Social entrepreneur and_literacy_compiled_(3)

The one idea that inspires everyone.
