Participation Domain in LEAPS 2.0

• At least 75% attendance each year

– Levels 1 - 4:

• Participation in a CCA for 2 to 5 years

– Levels 4 – 5:

• Continuous involvement in the same CCA for 4 or 5 years

– Levels 3 – 5:

• Exemplary conduct and active contribution in CCA with at

least 3 years of participation in any CCA

Representation

• Level 1:

– Represent class / house / CCA (Intra-school)

CCA is compulsory and every pupil must

participate in one CCA

CCAs will be conducted on either Mondays and/or

Wednesdays and/or Fridays (depending on the

chosen CCA)

Most CCAs will have 2 sessions per week

DO NOT arrange child’s personal enrichment

activities (eg. tuition) on CCA days

Starting date – 12 Jan 2015 (3pm onwards)

Closing date – 14 Jan 2015 (midnight)

Parents’ signature is required on the final print-out to acknowledge the registration

Students with no computer / printer at home to report to Computer Lab 4 (Level 2) on 14 Jan 2015 (Wed) at 2.45pm

Submit the signed print-out to Form Teacher on 16 Jan 2015

NO Appeals will be allowed if the student is allocated one of his / her choices.

CCA will commence in Term 1, Week 4 onwards
