The Present Continuous is:

am/is/are + doing/eating/running/writing etc.

*You is either singular or plural.

I’m working.

I’m not listening to music.

Chris is writing a letter.

She isn’t eating. / She’s not eating.

The children are doing their homework.

Look at Sue! She’s wearing her new hat. = (she’s wearing it now)

You can turn off the television. I’m not watching it now.
