It takes 16 pacifiers to equal just

one pound!

Ladies, losing one pound takes some work! For example, a 30 year old mother who weighs 150 pounds would need to walk and play with her kids for 777 minutes!

I guess you can try something indoors but it still requires some

work! In order to lose one pound mopping your floors, you would

have to swing that mop around for 686 minutes! That’s almost 12

hours of mopping! Photo credit to microsoft clipart

Of course you could just change up your diet and make things easier..

• Like drinking 12 less of those Starbucks® latte’s you enjoy so much...which equals 3,500

calories! One pound!

I feel light as air!

Ladies you may feel a bit

overwhelmed. Yet, think of it

this way, if you reduce 500

calories every day for a week

that adds up to 3,500 calories! That’s one pound!

So don’t stress, but take it

one day at a time and before

you know it you will be back

into that bathing suit

showing off your new body!
