• Synergizing or synergy is when you achieve something with more than one person or in a group to create a better solution.

• Its not my way or your way it’s a better way to solve or do something.

• When you use synergy in your everyday life you’re a team worker. You want to hear other people’s opinions and what they have to say .

• You don’t ignore them or say no to whatever they may have to say.

Two are better than one ! • An example of synergy is two heads are better

than one. Which is when two people are thinking you could solve a problem a better way or have a better solution for that problem.

Celebrating Differences

• Synergy doesn’t matter whether you have a different accent , race , or skin color but what they bring to the table and how they can help solve a problem.

When you have an opinion and someone else has there opinion but you don’t say anything.

Not Synergizing (LONER)

• When you don’t achieve synergy you basically work by yourself and only put in your own opinions.

• You don’t want to listen to no one else’s opinion so you work by yourself.

• A shunner is a person who is afraid of change differences . Difference disturbs them in every way such as skin color, clothing, religion, and etc.

• They believe that they’re style is the best there ever was or will be.

• They like making fun of people that are different from them.

• The Tolerator believes in that everyone has a right to be different.

• They don’t shone people that are a slight bit different.

• MOTTO: “Keep to yourself, I’ll keep to myself. You do your thing and I’ll do mine. You don’t bother me, I don’t bother you.

• The Celebrator values differences. They see being different as a good thing. Or as an advantage to them not a weakness.

• Thinking different is actually a good thing. If you put together it would most of the time work better than one.

Summary• When you synergize you want to solve something with a

partner or a group. You want to work with them and get there opinion.

• When you don’t synergize you want to work by yourself. You don’t want to hear other people’s opinion.

• The three approaches you can take is being A Shunner , A Tolerator , or A Celebrator.

• Shunner- someone who doesn’t like diversity.• Tolerator- they tolerate different people but they think if

you want to be that way, be that way and I’ll be the way I want to be.

• Celebrator- someone who takes advantage of diversity. Different is good when you work on something
