Being the best we can possibly be!
We are here!
Where are we?
From being eco-friendly, to being full of fun our school
has got it all.
Our School Is Great!
Have a look around.......
Our art room
Years 1 to 3 computer suite
Photographs of our school
Our library
Year 4,5 and 6 building
Years 4 to 6 computer suite and shared area
At our school we are trying to become eco friendly!
Recently, we have had recycling bins (made out of recycled cardboard) put in every classroom and office! To help improve our school’s carbon footprint, we have signs to remind children and adults to turn off any lights or electrical equipment.
We also have a vegetable patch that we plant every year in spring. We have a Green group run by Mrs Bennett, one of our teachers.
In addition to this, we have Outdoor Education where we spend time outside in the trails and by the stream. We enjoy spending time in our school grounds.
Green Group after school on a Monday! Please bring wellingtons!
This week we are planting trees!
We celebrate where children
and their families come
from!
England
Our Queen…
Queen Elizabeth II was born Princess Elizabeth Alexandra Mary on April 21, 1926, in London, to Prince Albert, Duke of York (later King George VI), and Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon..
She married Philip Mountbatten, Duke of Edinburgh in 1947, became queen on February 6, 1952, and was crowned on June 2, 1953. During her reign, she has tried to make the British monarchy more modern and sensitive to the public.
Our local areaLandywood is in the county ‘Staffordshire’ which is in the Midlands. There are lots of places to visit and enjoy.
