Talk about what happened or will happen to you or around you, like school, class, classmates, family, what you did during the weekend, which school you plan to go and why...there are hundreds and millions of topics, just something you want to share with the class.

Ask a question according to your report and talk about it with the class.

In Chinese!!! You can use PowerPoint to do the report, but if

you use it, don’t just give a lot of pictures, the most important thing of this activity is to practice your speaking skill, the visuals are just supports for people to understand you better.

The report will be 2, 3 minutes, and the question and discussion part will be 2 minutes.

You need to start your report with:

1) Name: 我是 。

2 ) Date: 今天是 年 月 日, 星期 。

3 ) Weather: 今天的天气 。(很好,不好,很冷,很晴朗,风很大,下雨, 下雪等等)

4 ) Topic: 我要讲的是 。

The grade will be given based on: 1)how many words you use; 2) how accurately and fluently you speak; 3) Do you ask a question which is closely

related to your topic and good for class to discuss?

4) if you speak all in Chinese and make other students answer questions in Chinese;

5) if you take this work seriously.

After each round, I’ll give you a report!
