Goals• To develop a high quality e-learning system for

Opera students.• Testing the possibility to develop virtual master

classes between local students and global professors.

• To develop an innovative partnership between universities, research networks, local municipalities and public cultural institutions in the area of Future Internet and Arts.

Sabadell City of Music project

The City of Music Project• The municipality of Sabadell is creating a

cultural center with– Orquesta Sinfonica del Valles– School of Opera (degree level)– Municipal School of Music

• Sabadell, 200.000Hb, 30 Km from BCN, creative and entrepreneurial cultural community

Working hypothesis

•Future Internet will offer new opportunities for cities in the area of arts and culture.

•Advanced Internet can offer services for developing and evaluating Opera learning courses.

1st Test, Sabadell-Valencia• Dec, 12, 2008. Local test between Municipal

auditorium in Sabadell and UPV in Valencia (350kms)
