But this is what separates the people who have a wonderful, satisfying time, and those who dont. So the importance to them that the the food, transportation, etc. wasnt good was disproportionately upsetting b/c they didnt feel special, connected, or united.

So of the lifetime donors who answered the survey, 77% of them are Promoters, 65% are passives, etc.19Why did you answer that way?20Promoters:Geography: its beautifulCareer / life preparationGreat reputation: World-class, Ivy League, rankings, quality educationLearned a lot

Passives: Geography: its remote and greyDepends on individual: major, mentally healthyIts not a small schoolComparison to other schools via kids, spouses, friends, graduate degree programs

Also interestingDetractors had an average word count when answering this questions of more than twice that of promoters 36 words per answer vs. 15. 23 for passives.But the fact theyre answering the survey means they care opposite of love is not hate, its apathy.2021

Really not a lot of difference among the groups, except for the last 2.This was a select all that apply question.Whats interesting here too is that about half of all non-donors answered that they could be convinced by something and that percentage doesnt matter if theyre Detractors, passives, or promoters.2223
