The Problem

An accessible supervised fitness center Full spectrum of exercise equipment suited to the

needs of all abilities Fully equipped Physical Therapy clinic State-of-the-art physiological assessment facility

New Directions Wellness Center

Clients– Average 100 individual clients per month

Average 600 visits per month From a cohort of approximately 200

– Average of 8-14 new referrals per month– Average 18-24 individual PT clients

Fees– Gym fees

Independent: $32/month on a sliding scale to $11/month Assistance: $45/month on a sliding scale to $15/month

– Physical Therapy: (market)– LWD: $40 (+ $20 for manual)– Counseling: $8/session (group)
