- Narrator is a character- Uses I, me, my, mine

Third Person Objective- Narrator is NOT a character- Uses he, his, she, it, they- Narrator is an outsider who can only report what he or she sees and hears.

- Narrator is NOT a character- Uses he, his, she, it, they- Narrator is an outsider who sees into the mind of one of the characters.

Omniscient- Narrator is al all-knowing outsider who can enter the minds of one or more characters.
