What we listen to mostly is that What we listen to mostly is that little voice in our head. The one little voice in our head. The one that has something to say about that has something to say about everyone and everything.everyone and everything.

You know the one saying what You know the one saying what voice, I don’t hear any voice.voice, I don’t hear any voice.

We call that voice our “Mind”.We call that voice our “Mind”.

Our Mind is a survival mechanism with Our Mind is a survival mechanism with basically four survival functions:basically four survival functions:

1) Become a solution rather than a problem!

2)The cost of giving is receiving; give of your time, energy, and money to share your abundance with those who don’t have it.

What you receive when you give is Satisfaction!

3) Open your heart and feel the pain you are causing in the other person, “Feel Their Pain” then change your behavior that is causing their pain!

4) Stop buying and watching gory and treacherous movies and television shows! Listen to beautiful, peaceful and relaxing music and watch videos that promote peace and harmony.

5) Spend ten minutes each night just before going to bed to write a grateful list and give thanks for all the gifts I have given you.

6) Stop the unnecessary brutal child abuse known as Circumcision

7) Stop the use of harmful drugs and alcohol which are causing you to go unconscious to avoid experiencing and being responsible for your reality.

8) Turn your armed forces into unarmed forces who are dedicated to helping people survive natural disasters provided by Mother Nature.

9) Find a need and fill it. Do what you love to do and bring your passion to it.

10) There is only one Race, “The Human Race”
