• Everyday issues can add emotional stress, too — counseling your friend through a breakup, disagreement with parent, or

– stressing over whether you'll

make final cuts for the university.

feel stressed.

• Of course, you won't feel more positive, calm, or energetic instantly but after doing a few yoga poses. As with all good things, the effects of yoga needs to build up over time.

• But if you give yourself 30 min each day, it will

– Increase alertness, self esteem and boost confidence.
