WHAT IS THE FEAP PORTFOLIO?

The FEAP Portfolio is a white 3-ringed binder. Your AP assignments are stored in this binder. There are three AP assignments, or evidences, for every AP - a beginning, an intermediate and an advanced. There are 12 APs; a total of 36 AP evidences.

3 Stages

There are three stages within the Education Program that you are to show how you are engaging with and mastering the Accomplished Practices.

At each stage (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced) an Evidence for every AP is placed in your binder.

How Do I Know what an Evidence is?

If a course contains a designated AP task, then the syllabi will highlight this.

If you are unsure, refer to the Elementary Education or Secondary Education AP Crosswalk document.

How do I set up my FEAP Portfolio?

For your FEAP Portfolio, you will need:

• a 3 inch ringed white binder

• 12 tab dividers

• 12 tab labels, each with AP 1, AP2, AP 3, through to AP 12 typed on them

Next, you will need to:

FEAP Portfolio Continuing Progress Evaluation

First, the Crosswalk goes into the inside front cover pocket

Next, the FEAP Portfolio Continuing Progress Evaluation document gets put in the inside front cover pocket

Next, you will need to:

iv) If your Evidence is bulky, then use the AP Evidence Substitution

Form

v) Use the Evidence Reflection Form to write a reflection on each

evidence

vi) If any part of your AP Evidence/Reflection does not pass level 3 on the rubric, you

will be given a IRP Form…..this is to help you remediate

and improve!!!

Each iteration of an evidence must be placed with the IRB form at the end of each AP

section after the AP reflection

Each AP Section will have three (3) repetitions of the

above. One for “Beginning”, “Intermediate” and

FEAP evidence/assignment following)
