Great Smoky Mountains
• This National Park had the most visitors in 2008
Grand Canyon, Arizona
• 18 miles wide and 1 mile deep• At the bottom is the Colorado River• 5 million visitors each year visit the South side
Havasupai
• Havasupai Indian Reservation is just south of the Grand Canyon. Indians live here.
Yellowstone• World's First National Park, established in
1872 • Located in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho • Home to bison, moose, elk, bears & gray
