How To Guide. Bold title that sounds out on the background, makes it clear what the guide is about.

Use of images make the directions clear, going along side the text. Making it more obvious what to do if the writing of the text is unclear to those who are reading it. Mixing this with the text it shows full clarity of what its about.

This wont be bias due to it being a how to guide, and doesn't speak of anything that could be sided on.

Text is a basic and easy to read font, on a light background that makes it stand out. The dark colour contrasts with the yellow, making the text clear.

No sourcing or referencing has been used in this how to guide.

Japan- Leaflet. Use of bright colours on the background to make each sub-topic on the leaflet stand out.

Bold writing is being used to indicate what the main subject is, and to highlight the sub-headings. Gives clarity on what the whole leaflet is about. Also clarity with the main title.

Use of iconic characters and locations to help give a clear idea about what the location is about and what could be expected to be found there. Images are also brightly coloured which helps to draw attention to them.

Accuracy on locations as research will have been done to find out the highlights of this location and what can be done there.

Simple font and easy to read text, makes it easy on the eyes due to there being a large amount to read.

Text could be slightly BAIS as it will want to make the area more appealing to anyone who is visiting it.

Instruction Manual; Nerf Gun.

The use of bold writing to highlight key features and Important information. The bold writing is used to mainly point out the modes that are being used on the Nerf gun.

The use of the title gives clarity on what Nerf Gun Mode the manual is talking about. The use of the blue box on the white background makes it stand out, drawing attention to it.

This manual holds no form of BIAS as its an instruction manual so would not be able to hold a sided opinion.

The use of this image in the manual helps to make the Instructions clear, giving visual directions as well as written ones.

Simple and easy to read font, stands out on the background. The colour helps to pick out key features easily.

Factual Journalism. Large bold text, making the title article clear and saying what’s it about.

Article will be subjected to the editors code of practice making sure that it meets certain requirements, before it its published.

Use of the image shows who the article is talking about and gives the reader a clear idea of what to picture when reading.

Small text laid out in an easy to read format.

Source of the person who took the image for the article. Also the link to the website mentioned in the article, could be classed as a source for information that has been used in the article.

The article wouldn’t come across as bias as it is a factual article.

This report will be accurate as they will have gone out and done field research, interviewing the three.

Text is formatted in easy to read columns.
