Religion and Ethics

The Golden Role is a basic tenent in

almost all religions.

Treat others as you would like them to treat you.

Buddhist

Hurt not others with that which pains you.

Judaism

What is hateful to

yourself do not do to you fellow men.

Islam No man is a true believer

unless he decires for his brother taht

which he decires for

himself.

The teaching council published a new code on

20 June 2012

The code sets out standards of profesional

knowledge, skill, competence and conduct expected

of registered teachers.

The new code replaces the existing code

which was published in

2007.

It’s an important and positive

development for quality of

teaching in our classrooms.
