DESCRIPTION
Dr. Cynthia Loza and Ms. Adrienne Aventino of University of Santo Tomas, Manila discusses the Likhang Bayan Project to help re-order the perspective of students by identifying traditional arts as the foundation of Filipino art. It is a qualitative research with artist-teachers and their students as participant-learners. It is based on the principles of constructivism and made use of in-situ/situated learning.
