They dont care about Competency Models as much as they care about Production Quotas, Sales figures, and Market share 3. Increasingly CXOs are turning toward Corporate U-universities as the most Viable and proven Solution to these Challenges. 1. We dont have so much money to spend on Cost Centres. We are Reducing the Training Budgets 2. I dont care about your training hours or Efficiency metrics. Stop taking my People away from Work 3.
