Benefits to Dell: E-commerce has increased dell efficiency and effectiveness through which Dell can have face to face interaction with its customers. It has cut down the cost of Dell Pc’s which had given a great boom to its sales. Dell is selling direct to its customers which means that customers exactly tell Dell what they want. It has increased confidence & quality aspects of dell.

Benefits to Consumer: E-commerce has also given good benefits not only to Dell users but overall as well. It saves their time & efforts and face to face interaction build up confidence in them. 24x7 service also facilitates the consumers as well.
