Human resource practices are very important assets for every individual organization, but on them only few organizations have identified the true potential of their employees and organization that will ultimately increase the overall performance of organization.
The purpose of this research is to know the impact of HR Practices, HR Outcomes, and Organizational Success Factor on Organizational Performance.
INTRODUCTION
These HR Practices include RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
INTRODUCTION
In 1954, the Ali family started its soap business operations in a factory located at Hyderabad, to cater to the growing demand, the company needed to be increased; therefore the Ali factory bought a factory by the name of ZULFIQAR INDUSTRIES Ltd in November 1980. It registered in Karachi and Lahore stock exchange in November, 6, 1986. Head office of the company is located in Behria complex 3 Karachi.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Since the human resource department of any organization is its backbone. The practice of HRM is that people are the organization’s key resource and organizational performance largely depends on them. Therefore, if an appropriate range of HR policies and processes are developed and implemented effectively, then HR will make a positive impact on firm performance.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Recruitment is the process of attracting the candidates and making them to apply for the job.
Recruitment is the first step then after selection and placement comes in the employment process .
Selection is the second step in the in the process of man power planning. Selection is the process of choosing the appropriate candidate which matches the candidate skills and the job requirements
The selection process followed at zil limited private limited is like the selection procedure of scientific selection procedure. There are many factors that are to be considered while selecting a candidate those are like group discussions, employment background, referral background, interviews, medical tests and etc.

The focus of current study is to understand the effect of these four factor on Organizational performance. Training and Development, On Job Training, Training Design and Delivery style have significant effect on Organizational Performance and all these have positively affect the Organizational Performance. It means it increases the overall organizational performance.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Researches says that compensation has a significantly impact on organizational performance and HR outcomes. Many evidences and theory shows that employee performance may give positive results by having good compensating results.

Performance appraisal plays a vital role in organization performance and its success as well as its outcomes. Performance appraisal generally focuses on one individual, looking at the aggregated results of performance appraisals can tell a company a lot about the general level of performance of its staff, areas where there may be training or development needs and trends within and between departments .
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
Microsoft advance excel 2013 was used for data analysis. We use Advance formula of average mean and bar diagram for comparing mean (t-test).

Zil limited is a leading and well known FMCG company in the market. Capri soap is one of the best soap manufactured by the company in Pakistan. Employees are happy while working in an organization. They feel secure and fruitful working with this company. All competency based HR practices apply in the company. As per the result of data analysis we can conclude this Company remunerates their employees according to the remuneration offered at public or private marketplaces. Company periodically makes some training programs for the development of its employees. Company employees have market compatible salary as per their skills, education and experience.
