Een korte casebeschrijving: bestanden opslaan en delen!

Diverse toepassingen:- Dropbox- Skydrive, (Microsoft)- Google Drive- iCloud (Apple)- Box- RackspaceOntstaan als reactie op het eindeloos naar jezelf mailen van bestanden……Om plaatsonafhankelijk je bestanden te kunnen gebruiken, te gaan delen, om device onafhankelijk te kunnen gaan werken, mobiel gebruik…..

Aspecten I:Mooi voorbeeld van een echte public cloud, software as a service via het internet, schaalbaar, betalen naar gebruikBetalingsmodellen ontlopen elkaar niet zo heel veel, basis vrij (van 2 tot 7 GB), daarna tussen de 2.50 en 25 euries voor 25 GB, oplopend tot TBKostenmodel – businesscase: veel voordelen, lage kosten, weinig beheer, zeer schaalbaar. Wel meer bandbreedte.Individueel, versus instellingsbreed……
