MIDDLE GAME
Stage where the central battle of the game happens.

IN THE MIDDLE GAME YOU SHOULD:
Look for a plan! It does not matter if your plan is good or bad. A bad plan is better than no plan at all.
Maximize the activity of your pieces. In the opening you developed your pieces, but at this point we can look for the optimal place for our pieces.
Protect your king. The ultimate goal in chess is to checkmate your opponent. Make sure you pay attention to your king.

IN THE ENDGAME YOU SHOULD:
Activate your king! Your kind should be safer in the endgame; In fact, the king is one of the most powerful pieces in the endgame.
Promote your pawns. It is much easier to capitalize on a small advantage in the endgame.
Protect your pawns. Pawns gain value in the endgame, because they can become queens much easier in the endgame.
