The journal aims at fostering a public arena to critically discuss reflective approaches in education. Topics of interest are: 1. the theoretical perspectives and reflective practices in education and training; 2. the development and training of critical and reflective thinking within life and work contexts; 3. the educational strategies employed to cultivate communities of reflective practices and to support organizational learning process; 4. methodologies and emancipative tools in education; 5. educational reflective activity models and logics; 6. experiences and best research, counselling and training practices within work contexts. Issue Reflective practices at school. Becoming reflective teachers and supporting critical thinking Focus The objective of this issue is to collect innovative experimented approaches and experiences which allow us to understand the potentials and/or limitations of the deploying of reflective strategies in teaching, to support organizational learning and professional skills at school, to increase the teachers and managers’ strategic competences useful to face specific educational problems within school contexts (inclusion, gender discrimination at school, bullying, homophobia, multiculturalism).
