Brian R Williams has produced a series of tonal drawings illustrating extinct birds, dressed in clothes from the year they became extinct.

Jenn Lobo’s work is often influenced by the threatening, uneven relationships that can exist between different species. There is often a sense of fragile balance in her images.

series of artworks for the WWF. In it, he has illustrated a number of endangered animals, presenting them as ‘sugar skulls’, part of the tradition of the Mexican Day of the Dead.

Paulo Grangeon’s installation of 1600 Panda sculptures toured around the world to highlight issues facing their dwindling numbers.

Andy Warhol is a very famous artist who produced a series of prints featuring a range of endangered animals, birds and insects.

This installation by Japanese artist Takayuki Hori combines origami, transparent surfaces and the skeletons of endangered species to create a series of sculptures and images. The b/w skeletons have also been combined in places with colour images of the plastic rubbish and harmful man-made substances these animals sometimes eat.
