• Also known as Electronic Mail• Referred as e-mail or email since 1993• Is a method of exchanging digital

messages from an author to one or more recipients

• Its discovery replaced the so called “snailmail”

• Usually a web application to add, modify or delete information of a certain topic or term.

• Wikipedia is one of the websites where info can be attained and shared

a centralized online service which

It is the delivery method of the medium rather than

the medium itself.

Also known as media streaming

It is a technique that transfers data to which that it

can be processed as a steady and continuous stream.

It is also considered as a truncation of the

expression web log.

A discussion or a site which is informational and is

published on the world wide web that consists of

post/ discrete entries. These post are typically

displayed in reverse chronological order (means that

the most recent post appears first).

It is a method among people who communicate,

share interests, activities, backgrounds or real life

connections.

Websites are commonly used in this method.

The websites are called social sites where people

share their thoughts, opinions, views, etc. to the

It is a specific character string that consists a

It is usually typed on the top inside the address
