Noon Hour Yoga Noon Hour Hatha Yoga Class! 26 foundational poses plus breathing and relaxation practices, all taught in a systematic, progressive style that includes details and demonstrations. This yoga practice will unite your breath with your movement, revive your senses and release your spirit. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket & water. Maximum 10 participants! Gentle Yoga Relaxation is probably the most under-rated wellness practice of our age, and it is particularly helpful to counter the effects of stress on the mind and the body. Gentle Yoga is accessible and supportive for seniors, those experiencing illness, people recovering from injury and those suffering from the symptoms of stress. Work Hard, Rest Deeply Yoga The first part of this class will focus on practicing with an attitude of lightness and play to warm the body and free the mind. This is for all fitness levels and incorporates resistance training, cardio and plyometrics into a group circuit style setting. We will focus mainly on body weight and free weight exercises. Canadian Non-Restricted Firearms Safety

Completing this course not only gives you a license to purchase firearms and ammunition but will teach you: safe handling and use, firearms laws, how to store, display and transport firearms and ammunition. Computing Fundamentals

Are you new to computers? Computers can be overwhelming to the new user. Let us show you how a computer works. In this workshop we will help familiarize you with the keyboard, mouse, and other general computer components. This workshop is taught using the Windows 8.1 operating system and shows you how to organize your files with folders and learn to search your computer for your files and programs. The Internet or World Wide Web can open up a whole new library of information and uses for your computer. We will teach you about search engines, website addresses, and how to bookmark and organize your favourite websites so that you can find what you need on the Internet. Everyone has to start somewhere!
