Mandate Registration Workflow

CustomerService Provider

Customer submit Mandate Registration, Amendment, Cancellation

Service Provider sends all the mandates to his Bank for processing

Bank process and sends mandate to NPCI

NPCI validates mandate, Generates UMRN and sends it to Payee Bank

Bank (optionally )informs the customer about the mandate request status

Bank validates the mandate and sends confirmations to NPCI

NPCI sends the mandate confirmation to the sponsor bank

Bank sends mandate status report back to the service provider
