THE GOAL The company’s main goal is to sell life insurance
products and services to its clients and to provide a measure of security for their families
THE PLAN The company’s main plan is to have a life insurance
product in every Filipino household.
ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS AND PLAN ON EACH LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT
The organizational plans and goals that each level does, in general, is to follow the company operating philosophy which is “to do the right things the right way with the right people.”
CRISIS MANAGEMENT One of the problems that the company faces is
negativity in the workplace. Prevention: The company prevents it by coming up
with long term solutions rather than “band aid” solutions
Preparation: The company makes employees ready by always reminding everyone to follow and abide by the company operating philosophy.
ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION
One of the solutions the company plans to do to overcome and survive problems is to prepare employees for whatever challenges they may face.
